Metula - the northernmost town in Israel
Metula is the northernmost town in Israel, bordering Lebanon and practically surrounded by it. It is engulfed from the North, East, and West by Lebanon, contributing to the regression the locality has been experiencing.
The unrest across the northern border is causing a steady decline in tourism. The local population is growing older while the younger generations can't wait to leave. Kedma’s focus and activities are empowering remote communities— in other words, “Strengthening Israel’s Borders”.
